• All talks are allotted 25 minutes total. Please plan to speak for 15-20 minutes, to allow time for comments and questions during and after the talk.
  
• The boards for the poster presentations measure 1.95 meters wide by 1.2 meters high.

Wednesday Excursions

Wednesday is "free time" for individual excursions, there are no organized activities. Information on possible excursions is available through links on the ISEC 2001 Home Page (the web page for The Station is especially helpful). Information on activities in and around Queenstown will also be available at the meeting.

If there is sufficient interest we may organize a group day trip to Milford Sound on Wednesday. The cost would be about NZ$165 to take the bus both ways or NZ$374 for the bus-over, fly-back option (weather permitting). Both options include a scenic boat cruise on Milford Sound. If you are interested in either of these options, please send email to Ms. Umbe Cantu before July 11, 2001.
